Sample Tank Instruments Not Showing Up

I have downloaded and installed several ST Instruments that are not showing up in ST4 (or MODO Drum for that matter). Although they are not recognized by ST and MD (icon remains grayed and locked) my Account and Product Manager pages shows they are properly registered and installed. What needs to be done to be able to access these?

I am having issues with: London Grooves, Billy Cobham Drums, Terry Bozzio Drums and Cinematic Percussion.

I have many other add-on instruments that work flawlessly.

Your advice and input is appreciated. BTW - I have redownloaded, reinstalled and restored purchase numerous times but, none of this efforts made any difference.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Just an idea: have a look in the Instruments sub-folder for those products. Are the file extensions for those files .st4i or .st3i files?

And what is the full path name to those files?
And can you let us know some libraries that do work OK.

I have the same issue, ST4 does not recognize Syntronik or Hammond B-3X.
Running Mac OS latest version.

I have installed everything thru the IK Product Manager, the green check "Authorized" and "Installed" are showing.

I did "Rescan All" a few times.

Syntronik 1.2.0 has been installed on my main hard drive running Mac OS. I re-installed it, to no avail.
The installation path is /Users/Shared/IK Multimedia/SampleTank 3/Instruments/52__Syntronik Free

I have run "Restore my purchases" in Custom Shop as well.

I was having the same problem and then opened Authorization Manager. It said it was outdated and wanted to install a newer version. I did and then authenticated LA Confidential which also authenticated Sample Tank 4 (even though I downloaded and installed everything with IK Multimedia Product Manager) and now everything shows up.

Authorization Manager didn't help me unfortunately...

Can't explain why, but this was resolved after installing all the sounds for Sample Tank – Syntronik instruments started to show up.

SO I had the same issue - IK Multi media sorted this. I needed to go into Custom Shop and Restore My Purchases.

Once I did that, London Grooves became unlocked in Sampletank.
