Can some ST4 user let us know which download installer ifle contains the "C Grand Close Mics Sustain 1.pak" sample file?

One user has reported not being able to find it anywhere.

I have d/l'ed part_6.zip and extracted it several times in recent days. There are no .pak files included in the current .zip file on my account that reference "close mics". All .pak files included only reference "coincident mics". I am at a loss as to why files are missing somewhere.
