Libraries don't show in SampleTank 4 [Resolved]

Thanks to the group buy I Got Fractured Piano, Malletension, Malletopia, Shipwreck Piano and I see them all as registered ans listed under SampleTank 4 as Software in Product Manager.

I also noticed that I was apparently the proud owner of Art Deco Piano, so I installed that as well.

But try as I might, they will not show up in ST4. Not even after going into Config and re-setting the paths and Rescanning them.

What's up?

Are you using the latest version of Sampletank 4? (which is 4.14)

Also, in the Sampletank Settings have you tried the following:

Under Sound Content, are all of your content folders listed under “SampleTank Sound Content”

Also, have you tried a “Rescan All”

Failing that, maybe drop a note to IK Multimedia Support

You will also need to do a "Restore my purchases" in the new Custom Shop.

I'm unsure if it's related, but in Syntronik I noticed that everything is getting installed into Sampletank 3 content rather than Sampletank 4; maybe you're experiencing the same?

Thanks all, the problems have been handled.Turned out to be the directories it searched in, followed by an inablity to read manuals (lol...)

That is where the Syntronik files should go.
