Nothing is disappearing. In almost every (if not every) case it was misunderstanding how the Promotions area worked.

My own personal hesitation to go for the second round was due to:

1) Waiting on a reply to a technical question about ARC 3; the person has been extremely busy, so I understand why there was no reply. I hope to use ARC 3 for uses beyond those intended.

2) Reports of promotional items disappearing for the first round before they were used for additional products.

So there could be any number of reasons why people hesitate, then buy in. I myself allowed 5 days buffer but didn't anticipate a problem with ordering a physical product.

It's not all panic buying due to a clock ticking.

Got ya. Meant no disrespect or to cast generalizations, even though I did. Sorry if anybody took offense to that. Just glad to see that a target I thought was unattainable a week ago looks to be very much attainable today.

Is it fair to assume that this means an upgrade from SE to "regular" ST4? (What about "regular" ST4 to Max?)

SampleTank 4 MAX isn't in this group buy so there is no upgrade available to it that would qualify as either an entry nor as a free choice. The regular upgrade is fine if you have ST4 SE.

So,

I pulled the trigger on MixBox but something went wrong at the checkout.
I made the payment via paypal and there was somekind of an error.
Paypal charged my bank account but I did not get the MixBox serial.
No order confirmation from IKmultimedia, nothing at my account/my orders/my products. I received only a single Paypal receipt to my email.

Contacted support and got one reply to send a screenshot from the email I got. Did that and also added pdf paypal receipt.

So my question: How long usually does these kind of matters take to resolve because I really dont want to miss this group buy? :/

Don't worry, it will get sorted out.

As PayPal has transferred your money, IK Multimedia will have received it. Support is on the case and therefore knows that you have placed the order and should therefore be treated as a GB participant.

Have you checked in IK Product Manager? Software products are registered automatically so you may already have it in there, and if that is the case you can install, authorize, and go

Just checked and there is only the MixBox demo available.

As i recall I got a an error code 502 or 503 (something like that).

I think my payment is pending at no mans land.
Funny thing is that there is no proof what I bought.
The PayPal receipt has only the amount it billed and nothing about MixBox.
I used a discount code so it's not clear as day to see what I bought.

I will call PayPall tomorrow and ask what happened. Maybe they can cancel my payment so I could buy MixBox again before this 25th awesome sale ends
