Amplitube CS on IPad not restore previously purchased

Hello, i have the dimebag gear registered on my IK account, but in App not work, already tried use the “reatore purchase in App” but not work.. i need help

-App version = 4.12.0
-IOS = 14.7.1 (IPAD 7gen)

Did you purchase the Dimebag gear on an iOS version of AmpliTube? The Mac/PC versions are not shared with the separate iOS platform versions. Per this FAQ https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=1344

I won the Dimebag serial in a raffle made by IK.
I registered this serial in the product manager and now it appears in the products of my account.

so this serial I received should only serve for MAC/PC version?

Yes, that is for Mac/PC.
