iRig Keys I/O 49 - Some keys click loudly when pressed

Hi, I recently purchased an IRig Keys I / O 59. I have noticed that some keys are making a click noise when they travel slightly to the side when pressed. I have included a video showing what is going on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2O-fXSXyHvE

Has anyone ever experienced this?

I'm noticing that more keys are starting to make these noises. I'm really worried.

I contacted IK Multimedia in Brazil, but I still haven't been able to effectively take advantage of the 1-year warranty. The number of keys making noise has increased significantly.
