I do not think there is a specific list, though amp models that emulate specific real-world models do model the complete circuitry of those models. For example, the real Rockerverb 50 MkII has two EL34 power tubes, and the AmpliTube model of the same amp models the appearance of those two EL34 power tubes in the power amp section.
Once upon a time (back around the AmpliTube 2.x era), there was a feature that allowed one to swap the pre-amp, EQ stack, and power amp section of various amps around. That lingered into AmpliTube 4 for the amp models that dated back to that time, but it was completely deprecated in AmpliTube 5. For amp models that were less "specific" than most of the more modern models, one might be able to look back into earlier versions of AmpliTube to see if those models used to have switchable power-amp sections and, if so, what the default power amp sections were ....
