Hi folks,
I have a Mac with M1 Chip and AT5 performs flawlessly as plugin in LogicX. But I can't access Custom Shop, there's an error message each time that I try to open it. Also AT5 Stand Alone does not work. My audio interface is recognized, but there is no sound and the input meter shows no incoming signal.
Is there a compatibility problem or can I do something to resolve this issue?

AmpliTube 5 is Big Sur compatible and runs using Rosetta 2 on M1 processors. I would recommend working with IK Support to have them troubleshoot the issue you are having. I'm sure they can help.
