Can't figure out how to fix my latency..

Hey guys,

First time on these forums a nd for the past 2 days, I've been trying to figure out how the heck to fic the latency I'm getting. I have tried updating drivers, reinstalling them, reinstalling the program. I'm just not sure where to go from here.

I use a Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Gen) and my pc is built nicely.

i9-9900k
64gb of RAM
2080 Card
ASUS ROG MOBO
970 SSD

Please, does anyone have any recommendations?

There should be a panel for the audio device. Likely, it will be under the little up arrow and the right bottom in the taskbar. If not, try a search of apps and see if you can find it using the name of the company or device.

BTW, I'm assuming you've googled that device and how to change the buffer?

Yeah, I've done just about everything you'd think to do to troubleshoot.

Lowered buffered to 256; everything. Just not playing nice with my hardware ..

Are you experiencing the latency in standalone, in a DAW, or in both?
