I yet had no reply on this forum to my upgrade problem but i have solved the issue.
I went through product manager to download and register the upgrade.
I then looked in manage my products and Sytronik was showing, but not Syntronik Deluxe and that makes you scratch your head for the first time.
You think to yourself has this properly loaded
I then look at the sounds column and Sytronik deluxe is sitting in there.
To me it should be sitting in the products column
Ok i go with that. and registered
For ages i tried to get the new synths into sampletank 4 but no show.
I shifted everything on C drive to D drive from the product manager and made the pathway to ST3 which is said that Sytronik goes through.
All showed up in the Syntronik program shell but did not show in Sampletank 4

So i needed a brainwave to solve this problem and bingo Authorization manager popped into my head. I gave that a go and once again entered my serial
All worked unbelievable!!!
I would think that most people would think that registration is authorization.
I could not understand without authorization the Syntronik program worked but not Sampletank 4 afer registration.
I do think this method is all rather messy . it is all bits and pieces.
The more technology improves the more messy it gets
