Amp purchase missing after new install of Amp 5

I had Amp 4 and purchased a deluxe reverb amp model about a year ago in the custom shop.
My PC crashed. Reloaded product manger, Amp 5 (CS), and custom shop.
Logged in to custom shop and selected restore my purchases, but the deluxe reverb is missing.
Is there any way to restore that amp model in Amp 5?

Hello rongobong65 and welcome to the forums.

I would hazard a guess at needing to authorise the serial number for the deluxe reverb as this is technically a new installation. At the moment, your PC is only authorised for the vanilla CS version of AT5 and so might not recognise that the deluxe is part of your gear.
