Troub le accessing purchased products on a new device

Hi, I searched the forum, did not see this question getting asked. Please be gentle - iOS newb here....I have several products purchased, they show in my account. Can’t figure out how to access them on my iPad. Originally, they were purchased for android use. I downloaded the download managers AND the legacy manager. They are in my downloads file but, ahem, I can’t figure out how to actually open them.....please help, thanks. I’m hoping this is a ridiculously easy answer...

Hi, on iOS you must download app's from Apple's App Store on your device. If there is gear unlocked in those apps, you would normally need to register your account in the app and then the gear is unlocked.
