Problem with the Axe I/O

hello
sometimes watching the Youtube video, the sound card gave me no sound
so I had to turn it off and then I turned it on to have the sounds again

Is there an update ?

Please check in the IK Product Manager for a driver/control panel software update. You can check if your firmware is up to date in the AXE I/O Control Panel.

If that doesn't help, please contact IK Support and they will troubleshoot with you to see what is happening to cause this issue you are experiencing.
