Yes. I also have the same issue. I believe I have a free sample tank 4 (not 100% sure though). I have directed sample tank to the sample tank folder that has the SpacePort install files. However, Sample Tank has scanned the folders. But nothing shows up in sample tank about the spaceport.

I am on windows 10.

Have you actually run the install operation for the SpacePort'77 content? It should then install it into the ST4 file structure you have specified in the ST4 settings to be used.

I downloaeded it in the Ik multimedia product manager. It says its installed. I looked in the sample tank 4 folder, there are heaps of files. after reading your post I went back into the product manager to problem solve and found the button in 'more options' 'install to...' I directed to a folder i wanted nothing happened.

Can you post some screenshots please. It would be useful to see your file structure to your main ST4 folder, the open ST4 folder and then the open Samples and Instruments folders.
