Not getting any of the amp sounds from amplitube 5. Previously ok but suddenly stopped. Only getting straight guitar sound. Using axei/o . I haven't changed anything as far as I can see. Have reinstalled, restored purchases. It's also trying to tell me I dont own the gear anymore. What's going on. Any help welcome

Some gear still missing. 57 custom pro amp from Hendrix collection? If i bought thid outright how can any componrnts be missing. anyway the 57 custom pro wasn't included in the Hendrix collection, from what i recall
