cant download amplitube 5 cs

Hello

I once downloaded the amplitube 5 cs (free version) but ive for some reason deleted it. i would like to have it back but i cant for any way download it again, as the ik product manager says the amplitube 5 is "installed" and authorized and i cant find anywhere to download it! i wanted to try and buy 3 specific amps, wasnt necessarily looking to spend the 200e on the full amplitube 5. what can i do?

If the IKPM says that it is still installed then it hasn't been uninstalled correctly, which will need to happen before reinstalling.

What OS/platform are you using?

i am using a mac, big sur 11.2.3

theres no indication of the amplitube anywhere on the mac..
