irig hd2 no sound from guitar

Hello

I connected my guitar, my amp connected to ipad pro.
Launched amplitube app.

Irig in fx mode.
I get no sound from guitar.
If i switch on the metronome, or drummer, there is sound.
But guitar is soundless.

How to solve this??

pan control was at 12 o’clock position.
need to turn it left or right

also, i spent a half an hour without sound because i used your software tuner!!!

dear developers, you need to make a hint for new users.

otherwise it would be looking as a soft that doesn’t work.

The "Tuner" section of the in-app User Manual (the first item on the "Tools" page) explains that there is the muting option for the built-in tuner. The UltraTuner section of that manual explains that, including the option to mute there too,. I hope that helps.
