Missing items after purchase of AT5SE

Hi,
I've got two issues:

(1) I purchased AT5SE (installed version 5.0.2). Installation, registration and activation was a no-brainer. However, I'm missing some items, that should come along with this version - e.g. CAB 1x4 Open Vintage, RACK Tube Compressor,... there are 28 items without the green checkmark in Custom Shop.
What's wrong here?

(2) I am missing a preset folder for AT5SE. There are folders for AT5, AT5CS and AT5MAX. But no folder for AT5SE.
Is this ok?

Try a "Restore my purchases" in the (new) Custom Shop

I've already tried this - my former purchased collection (Fender, SVX) have been restored successfully and without any issues. No changes concerning the missing SE items...

According to my installation there is no specific folder of presets for the SE version.
