Irig keys I/O and iPad Pro (usb-c)

Hi together,

I‘m trying to connect my irig keys with my ipad pro and garageband, it doesn‘t work after all I tried.

With my old ipad and the lightning cable there is no problem but the usb-cable doen‘t find the ipad. Is there a fault I made oir what can it be?

Hi,

I own a iRig Keys Pro 25 for about 2 years now and so far it worked perfectly well on both my iPhone and iPad air with the original MINI DIN to lightning cable. Great product!

I just got myself a brand new iPad Pro and since it now has a USB-C connection, I had to purchase the new Mini-DIN to USB-C cable. But I cannot make it work along with the iGrand piano app, which properly responds as I hit the keys on the screen. No light will show up on the iRig.

Can you please help?
