custom shop question

I have sampletank 4 installed, but every time I go to custom shop to look around it tells me it's not installed. I decided to install the custom shop file, but it seems like it wants to install sampletank 3. Is that required to browse/purchase add ons?

Also, I was going to try to learn more on the hitmaker and power reels promos, but don'ts see either in custom shop, are those only thought the store and not the shop?

Which version of the Custom Shop program are you using?

You need v2; it can be downloaded and installed using the IKPM (the iK Product Manager).

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help.

I get the same in Custom Shop (Read on ...It will get explained) ....Says SampleTank not installed ...Wants me to install SampleTank Custom Shop 3.7.3 ( which I think is for SampleTank 3 ).. ..I have SampleTank 4 MAX also which all part of Total Studio 3 MAX ....so if I'm in custom Shop 2.0 go to AmpliTube "Tab" or T Racks "Tab >Gear "tab" >Restore my gear ... For Both AmpliTube Or T Racks ( Everything Populates showing I've purchased everything and all is good ...But in SampleTank "Tab" ( No "Gear Tab now instead "Sounds" ) So hover over "Sounds" ....which now I have 3 options ... (1)"Restore My Sounds" ,(2) "My Sounds", and (3) "Not Purchased". In options (1) "22 Libraries Available"and (2) "22 Libraries Available" ....Both tells me I have purchased everything but wants me to download everything (But it is all already installed) . Where option (3) says I have not bought anything ( Well not necessarily ...It all has prices beside 24 Sound Libraries (Which are also installed ) .....Are we confused ... I Am ..... If I open the program (Software) SampleTank 4 Version 4.1.4 It shows 53 or 54 Libraries' ( bloody hard to count) with only one of them showing a download arrow called "ST4 Imported" .....Which when I click on that , it goes to IK Multimedia "My Products" page ...but not sure what it wants me to do from there ..... ( so now this where it all changes ...Read on ) >>>>>> So now I see 2 separate Custom Shop Icons on my Desktop (Windows 10) ....What I gather (1) is for SampleTank 4 Max(Client: 2.0.0 - Server: 1.0.3)(which displays everything properly ...all is purchased and everything is in place with no hiccups ) and (2nd) for SampleTank 3 (File version 1.6.1.0 ) .... which have been all put there by the download of "Studio 3 Max" ... All the problems are all in one of them (SampleTank 3 version) ....I think one is a 64bit version and the other 32bit version
