IRIG Stream Static Problem

Hello, I am having a problem with my IRig Stream when running it from my mixer to stream to android phone. I get a loud static noise on audio when streaming thru zoom, I made a test using a usb mixer to my android phone thru zoom and no static, so I know it's the IRig, I tried sending a couple e mails to customer support but no answer, would appreciate any help...
