I just bought Amplitube 5 and unfortunately received Error code -502. I couldn't find the product in "My Orders" tab, though my credit card was already billed. I tried to follow the guidelines from here but I couldn't find the page to send a ticket (it always pointed me to an FAQ style page, and no place to write).
