Gear not appearing after purchase.

So I have Amplitube 5, and I bought both the Jazz Amp 120, and 2x12 JP Jazz. And when I went back to Amplitube 5 it still said I did not have my products, I tried to go back to my preset I had them on before I bought them (When they were in demo mode) and it still said I didn't have the products. I made sure I was on the same account, which I was. So I went to custom shop and it said I had it SO I went back to Amplitube 5 and it said I didn't have the amp and cab. How do I get them on there?

Hello Stixman415 and welcome to the forums.

Go to the Custom Shop app and click on [UserName]>Restore My Purchases. That generally does the trick.
