Hello all,
Has anyone else had issues with the lack of saturation on ALL the Mesa models? I have high output pickups and using other high gain amps within AT5 - such as the 5150 - it all sounds excellent with masses of gain to spare.
However, when I use the rectos, the Mark 3 and 4 etc. on the lead channels with gain almost maxed out its really nothing more than a crunch. I've tried increasing the master volume and reducing interface output, using EL34s, changing cabs, mikes etc. but no joy.
Anyone have any ideas?
