Slo 100 Locked ? [Resolved]

I thought I added the SLO-100 but I see it is locked in Amplitube 5 but there is a 'green check mark' in Custom Shop next to the SLO-100. So what did I do wrong ?

Hi Musical.Alchemy

Make sure you are updated to the latest AT5 and then click Restore My Purchases in the Custom Shop.

If that doesn't work, a reboot of your machine might sort it out.

I already had everything updated, though what worked was just opening and closing AT5 a few times. Funny, because it was fine yesterday when I first installed SLO100.
