I think you need to install the demo with IK Product manager - which currently doesn't work for me (Mac OS Big Sur 11.2). I'd have to buy it first, then download and install it as a 'Past Release'. So I might just do that and trust that AmpliTube Joe Satriani IS AWESOME! Thanks

You should see AmpliTube 5 Custom Shop in the IKPM or in your User Area (where the Past Releases are available too).
