Product Manager not working [Resolved]

Just bought Total Studio 2 Max and trying to install with Product Manager.
Please help!
All I get is an error pop-up saying:

A JavaScript error occurred in the main process

Uncaught Exception:

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Anybody know if there's an alternative to installing individual IK Products without having to use IK Product manager - like in the olden days?

Doesn't look like you can download and install the individual programs like MODO Bass and Amplitube without using the latest IK Product Manager. Anybody, using IK Product Manager in BigSur 11.2?

You can download individual installers from your User Area>My Products and then click on Past Releases. However, I don't know if you can authorise them without the new product manager.

Officially, IKM has not confirmed support for Big Sur but they have reported that most products appear to work. https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=13 ... NvbS9mYXEv

If you are trying this on an M1 chipped Mac then that may be where the problem lies. As it appears that you have a ticket with IK Support you should reply to that telling them that your issue is unresolved.

Yes! IK Support team suggested the same and I was able to download and install MODO Bass and Amplitube without using IK Product manager! Thanks

I am glad that you have got a workaround and have installed the products. I guess Support will be updating the IKPM.
