Irig stomp IO and Windows PC

So i've got the Stomp IO and trying to get it working for amplitube 4 standalone on my windows PC. I've got it working as an interface where i can hear the guitar but none of the pedals or stomps do anything. I've gone to the Audio midi setup and changed the midi to the stomp setting and it tells me to restart amplitube and unplug and plug the irig.

Still nothing.

I'm at a loss at this point and feel like i just spent 300 dollars on something i already have (already had a interface but wanted the stomps and pedal and something that would control amplitube as it was advertised.)

HELP!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. iRig Stomp I/O is an amazing controller (and audio interface) for AmpliTube and I'm sure you can get it working as expected.

Before contacting IK Support, I suggest these two FAQs which elaborate on the different modes of iRig Stomp I/O. I suspect yours may be in the wrong mode:

If neither of those work, I would suggest opening a ticket with IK Support who can give you deeper, direct, and official technical support to get you up and running with your great new IK product.

I did open a ticket but haven't heard back yet.

Stomp mode looks to be activated on the stomp rig although the buttons do nothing on the screen. Looper mode doesn't work either. Same with Tuner. All this seems to be able to do is to use as an audio interface that I can flip through presets. Stomp or looper mode do not work at all. Which were the main reason for this purchase as I already had an audio interface.

Has anyone found a fix for this? I'm having the exact same problem. I've updated firmware, checked the FAQ's and opened a ticket with tech support. Nearly a week and no response from tech support :|

The problem is with Amplitube 4 & 5 on the PC.
When I plug in my iPad it works fine.

Thanks for the reply, but as mentioned in my post, I followed the steps in the FAQ, I even updated firmware with no change in results. Tech support ticket opened Jan 28, 2021, today is Feb 4th and I still have not heard anything beyond the initial confirmation that they opened the ticket. Sent a follow up email on Feb 1st and still no response. Pretty disappointed with the lack of response from them.
