AT5 can only get 1 amp to work at a time?

Postby kuruptthps » Mon Feb 01, 2021 10:24 am

im very new to this but whenever i create a signal path going thru 2 amps, no matter what i do i only ever hear one of them, if i disable one i only get a clean tone even tho its clearly telling me its running thru an amp and when i have 2 amps enabled i only hear one at a time and turning the knobs on the second one has no effect on the sound, plz help

Hello kuruptthps and welcome to the forums.

You might have to give us a bit more info I'm afraid.

What audio interface/OS are you using?
Have you switched off any Direct Monitoring?
Is this with any specific preset?
Does the sound/software work as expected if you just run a simple single path, as in the default preset?
Is this in standalone, in a DAW or both?

What are you disabling? The amp itself, or a section in the signal chain, or in the mixer?
