Need new serial number for Blueboard

Postby bo.frandsen » Sun Jan 31, 2021 2:02 pm

Hi
I have a Blueboard, which I purchased some 5 years ago. Used it a little bit with my iPad, works good.

Now, I want to try on my Mac, but I don't have the serial number anymore (never thought about it). Apparently, it was included in the box.

Is it possible to get it somehow, or get a new one?

Thanks in advance

Bo

If you Registered the hardware, then it should be associated with your IK Multimedia User account (and maybe in the IKPM (the IK product Manager). Have a look.

Failing that, please contact Sales/ Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to a Support form. Sales Support can look at your Account and see what's what.

Response time normally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time. Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.

Hi Bo

did you manage to get a serial number? I had a friend bring a Blueboard from the US to me and he ditched the paperwork, so trying to register the product.
