Should I get the Amplitube or Guitar Rig 3?

Should I buy the Amplitube amp for the Ipad, or should I get a guitar software? It's either Guitar Rig 3, which is $150, or Amplitube, which is $20 plus the Irig, which is $40 (i think). I'm basically trying to get Slash's tone, and if anyone has Amplitube or Guitar Rig 3, could you email me (jakebenoist@yahoo.com) to help me get Slash's tone?

Guitar rig 3? It's at 6 right now. I have some of the AT Slash stuff and it's pretty good. You can demo it with the free AT5 version and then clicking "try" from the custom shop (about 3 days)

Since this is for iPad, I've moved the thread to the appropriate subforum.
Also, AmpliTube Slash (or the Slash gear purchased inside AmpliTube for iPad or the free AmpliTube CS for iPad) would be your best bet for Slash tones on your iPad. It's even all official-like!

I still don't understand the GR3 thing. That was 2007 and I don't see an ipad version available.
