I purchased an open box AXE IO interface from samash.com and when trying to register it says the product is already registered by a different user. I contacted IK and they said they were looking into it. it's been over 24hrs and I've tried to follow up with that email several times without any reply or update about my situation. Kind of frustrating, I would really like to use my new gear and have received no updates.
