Everything locked in AmpliTube 5 SE [resolved]

Hi all,

I bought AmpliTube a couple days ago. I could see a lot of presets and then several stomps, amps, cabinets, etc. were locked but some of them were available.

I built "my sound" and saved as a favourite it but then the next day I found that the favourites folder is empty. And not only that:

-I only have now 20 presets in Amplitube 5 and in all of them there are "models not yet owned"

-ALL of the amps, stomps, cabinets, etc. are LOCKED. Is this normal?

I did the Restore All My Purchases and also de-authorized and authorized again Amplitube 5 SE, but none of this fixed the problem.

Any idea?

Sorry, I feel so stupid.

I just clicked now in the icon to the right of the "Search gear" field that lets you cycle between what you have available, everything (available & locked) and locked.

Please ignore this and close the post.
