Syntronik memory V free not accessible

I have installed both sample tank and syntronik softwares
i am able to access the sample tank 4cs nd the syntronik free libraries
but the syntronik memory-v is not accessible
it asks for authorization
whereas in the IK product manager it shows successfully installed and i can see the files in the sample tank3 library location.
I can't seem to find a solution. Anyone with a solution plz respond

Same here - Memory-V does not show up in the software, although I can see the instruments and samples. Have reinstalled but still no joy.

Whoops - it works now. I shut down completely and rebooted, everything shows up in both SampleTank and Syntronik. Weird, though - that's the only one that's done that.

It still doesn't work for me it shows up with the locked sign in sample tank4 and in syntronik can't use the sounds it asks for authorization. Any solution??
