Anyone knows if the USB-C to Mini-Din cable can connect the iRig keys I/O 49 to MacBook Air 2020?

Please check the link I posted above. iRig Keys Pro is not listed as a compatible product for that cable.

I bought the cable and it still doesn't work. He used a cable on ALESIS nitro drums and it works.

That official IK cable wouldn't have shipped to you between my post and your post, so I'm not clear. Either way this is an issue for IK Support as the users, moderators, nor admins will be able to assist you directly with a technical issue like this. I'm sure they will clarify.
