AMP OUT from AXE I/O not working in Amplitube 5 [Resolved]

Hello,

I just got an AXE I/O + Amplitube 5 MAX bundle after using Irig HD2 for a while.

I'm on Windows 10.

Issue I'm having with Amplitube 5 is that it doesn't seem to output through AMP OUT on the AXE I/O when I enable output on channels 5 and 6. Doing the same thing with Amplitube 4 works fine and outputs audio through AMP OUT channels 5 and 6.

It seems like changing the Output to channels 5 and 6 in Amplitube 5 continues to output through channels 1 and 2, it also won't output through channels 3 and 4, only 1 and 2.

Is there something I'm missing in Amplitube 5 to get output from AXE I/O Output channels other than 1 and 2?

Others have reported issues with the Inputs and outputs for AT5. See, for example:

Technical Support is aware of the problem, too.

I would recommend updating to the newly-release 5.0.1 in your IK Product Manager too. Please note, though, that Amp Out on AXE I/O is for re-amping and routes out on the dry/direct signal as per the specs of the interface.

Thanks! I can confirm that the update resolves this issue.

Concerning the usage of Amp Out, I'm disabling "To Amp Out" from AXE I/O control panel and setting the outputs from Amplitube to channels 5 and 6 in order to have it output to a set of BOSS Waza Air wireless headphones.
