Engl Powerball presets - cabinet

I don't know if it's just me, but when browsing through the Engl Powerball presets, they all show up with a generic AT cabinet and the chain icon for the matched cabinet on.
If I click on the icon to switch if off and back on, then I get the right Engl matched cabinet.
Bug, or I've messed something up?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Support, via here. There is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances.

I do not have the problem you describe. When I choose an ENGL preset the amp and cabinet change appropriately.

If you are using AmpliTube 5 please also note there is a new 5.0.1 update that was made available this morning. May want to update to that version and see if that helps.

Boy are you guys quick updating stuff! I re-saved all the Powerball presets with the right cabinets anyway, no biggie, but thanks for letting me know, downloading update as I type...
