The products that are free with AXE I/O are:
AmpliTube 4 Deluxe
Black 76 Limiting Amplifier
White 2A Leveling Amplifier
Tube Opto Compressor/Limiter for T-RackS.
Vintage Tube Compressor/Limiter Model 670
Vari-MU Compressor/Limiter for T-RackS.
EQP-1A Vintage Tube Program Equalizer
Classic Analog Tube-Based EQ for T-RackS.
White Channel
Modern Channel Strip for T-RackS.
Mic Room
Tape Echo
Vintage Tape Delay for T-RackS.
De-Esser
Multi-Band De-Esser for T-RackS.
CSR Room Reverb
One
Ableton® Live 10 Lite™

I do not see SampleTank, Syntronik or T-RackS listed there. Maybe you are referring to "SampleTank 4 CS", "Syntronik Free" and "T-RackS 5 Custom Shop"which all IK Multimedia accounts get.

And no, the products in the second list are not free. Where did you see that said? If it was in the IK Product Manager ("IKPM") then, yes, you can Try them before buying. But all (?) IK Multimedia software products issue a periodic noise when in demo mode.

How to remove the noise? It will be removed when you buy a licence for the product and Authorize it.
