Do MIDI assignments carry over from AT 4 to AT 5?

Do MIDI assignments carry over from AT 4 to AT 5?

I haven't had a chance yet to try this out on my own, but I was wondering whether MIDI assignments carry over from AT 4 to AT 5. I have a pretty basic set up where I use a blueboard to change presets and control wah settings via an expression pedal. Do I need to reassign all of those or will they be transferred over?

AmpliTube 5 is a completely separate installation, new engine, everything. These settings are not going to carry over.
