Amplitube 5 not opening

Hi
I have a big problem with Amplitube 5 not opening and crashing Cubase 10.5 and FL-Studio.
I have deleted it and reinstalled it but nothing. I have a modern pc,intel i9 lots of ram and ssd drives, please help.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in [#] but without any details we would only be guessing and could take you down the wrong path.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contect Support, via here. There is a link at the top of the Search FAQs pageto the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

[#] But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances.

Same issue with Mac Catalina ... just says "Amplitube 5 Quit Unexpectedly".

Mine does not say anything, just does not start up at all. I reinstalled it five times already.

For me it worked to set the gerneral Windows scale to 100%. I had it on 150% and therefore the app didn't start. That did the trick for me. Be careful when you move the app window to another monitor .....it was terminate the app with an error.

Ok, thejone is a genius!!! There is some bug with Amplitube 5 and display scales! I originally installed it on my Macbook with the display set for "more space" since that's what I use when recording. I'd changed it back to the default resolution and A5 wouldn't start. Just swithced back to the other resolution and it works. This is going to be a huge issue for users who move between monitors & resolutions!

Only if it is indeed a global bug. I had no such issue with AmpliTube 5 using multiple monitors on Windows 10. I'm sure IK Support can figure out the extent of the issue, and resolve accordingly. Let's step back from the Chicken Little a bit, please.
