Amplitube 5 CS crash

Hello,

Amplitube 5CS autorised and installed with product manager.
Don't start as a standalone (nothing happens)
Crash Cubase 11 as VST3

Maybe my computer is too old ? t
This is a DELL with an intel i3, 8 giga RAM, Windows 10 64 last update.
There is no error message, in fact nothing is displayed ....

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Support, via here. There is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

OK, it works with an external monitor ....
Except that there is no sound ....with same settings AT4 is running OK ...
