IK Multimedia IP-IRIG-MIC does not work

the microphone is not working well. I have always used it with the ipad camera itself or with some editors such as Touchcast studio. Suddenly the mic only works with the option close and with a brutal background noise. In addition, what it records it does so with a very low volume. Thanks in advance. It only has one year of use. Not that this could happen.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.
