先日　https://beatcloud.jpにて、Total Studio 2 MAX Maxgrade　を購入しました。
Amplitube4 Max をもっているのでMAX Maxgradeを条件を満たせるということで購入
しました。
IK Product Managerから送られてきたシリアルを入力したのですが、
Server Error: Serial Number not eligible for crossegrade/upgrade (code: 207)
のメッセージがでてきて認証をができませんでした。

サポートにも連絡をしているのですが、まだ返事がありません。
ここなら解決できるかと思い投稿しています。
解決の方法を教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
