Would someone who knows for sure please be kind enough to help me out & give me a clear answer? Is SpacePort '77 part of SampleTank 4 Max?

No. Spaceport'77 was released after MAX was so it not included.

Note that the instrument pages now have a section "Also Included In:" and Spaceport '77 is not included in any bundle according to https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/stspaceport77/
