I had to change the batteries and nothing is working now. I use iRig blueboard with bandhelper only to scroll lyrics.
I cannot get them to scroll, move pages up or down, go to the next song, or do anything now.
Whichever button I press stays lit. I do not remember that being the case before.
I can't figure out how to factory reset the thing so that I can just start over. Right now it's completely screwed up, I think, from me trying to fix it. All of my settings are correct according the instructions in Bandhelper.
I have updated the software. I have deleted and reinstalled.
I'm at a loss.
I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!
