iRig HD 2 is defective.

My iRig HD 2 never worked from the moment I received it. Customer support was slow to respond and could never offer any solid advice other than all the canned FAQ stuff I already tried 1 million times.

Well, you can reply to your Support Ticket at any time saying that the suggestions given did not work and asking for further assistance. Please be aware that in the current pandemic, Support has a heavy workload at the moment, so please be patient.

If the unit is defective then you can return it under Warranty.
