Amplitube 4 problem help!

HELLO ALL,SO I PURCHASED AXE I/O INTERFACE AND AMPLITUBE 4.
LONG STORY SHORT IT IS NOT WORKING, I DONT KNOW IF ITS THE INTERFACE OR AMPLITUBE 4, BUT IS THERE ANYONE HERE WHO CAN GIVE SOME.SDVICE? TIPS, POINTERSZ ETC

Please don't use all CAPS - it's the equivalent of shouting on a forum.

You are going to have to give us a bit more to go on (so long story, not short). What OS/platform? What have you done so far, such as driver install? Are you seeing signal into the AXE I/O?

I have installed all drivers that came with the software.
Asio is what it uses, I would swear it's not picking up signal between axe i/o interface and the amplitube program.
Is there something in the computer settings I should tweak?

In AT4, have you selected the AXE I/O as the input and output device under Settings>Audio MIDI Setup?
