SamplTank 4. Cannot upload samples

I would like to try and use SamplTank as a liver performance tool and trigger some pads, synths, and one-shot samples from my PK-5 foot controller.

I am trying to upload .wav files into AmpleTank. When I do I get this error:

instrument st4 error cannot locate tank at path.....

But afterwards, the files are there, but they still don't load.

Windoze 10.

You need to Import the samples (which will create a new ST4 instrument); have a look at 3.3 in the User Guide.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.
