Newbie w/Questions

I recently bought an iRig2 for iOS with Amplitube Custom Shop v.4.10.0 The problem is that no sound is generated. I can ee light bars in the app but no sound. I have tried connecting headphones and an external speaker, but no sound. I am hoping this is a matter of operator error.

Have you read the instruction carefully? Maybe you have missed some step. If not, you can bring it to the support center where you bought the product, they will help you fix
