Custom Shop only showing SampleTank 3 not SampleTank 4

Hi...I upgraded successfully from SampleTank 3 to SampleTank 4, but my Custom Shop is still only showing SampleTank 3 sounds and not any of the new SampleTank 4 sounds to purchase. Hope you can help.

Hi...thanks for the reply and the workaround suggestion...I also see that webpage when clicking the Shopping cart icon on the SampleTank 4 interface. It's just that I have a few Custom Shop credits I would like to use which I don't see how to do so on that webpage.

Contact Sales Support and ask them how you can use your CS credits to purchase the products that you want.
